2016 BETTY GRIMWOOD THANKSGIVING HOMESTAY PROGRAM

Student Application – Deadline: Monday, November 7 at 5:00 pm

Information contained in this application will be shared with the host family.  Please understand that, while we will do our best to meet your preferences, this is not always possible.  Please let us know if you have any special requests that will prevent you from participating in the program if they are not met.

Deposit:  There is a required $25 deposit that must be turned in with this application. This deposit will be returned to you after your successful participation in the program.  If you are placed with a family but do not attend, your deposit will not be returned.

There are limited spots available in this program. Students will be placed on a first application received, first application matched basis as families are available. However, those who have not previously participated in the program will be given preference over previous participants if the availability of homestay options are depleted.  In the event that you are not placed with a family, your deposit will be returned to you.

By filling out this application, you agree to participate in the program.
